Every guest at Southern Pet Lodge receives the same trusted, attentive care we've always been known for. A membership is never required to receive an amazing boarding experience.

Over the years, we've been fortunate to have many guests who stay with us regularly. For families who travel frequently, the added convenience and benefits of membership can make a real difference.
​
The Luxury Retreat Membership was created with those families in mind. With only 15 memberships, each member guest will have their own personalized Luxury Suite prepared for them whenever they book, along with the guaranteed booking, familiar belongings waiting for them and benefits designed to make frequent stays easier.

It's not about better care. It's about more familiarity, more convenience and more benefits for the families who call Southern Pet Lodge home again and again.

A familiar space prepared just for them, every time they return.
Each member guest will have one of just 15 Luxury Suites designated as their own. Every time they stay with us, they'll return to the same familiar space - complete with their personalized name plaque, familiar setup and thoughtfully chosen comforts. As we get to know their preferences, their suite can feel more and more like their own with every return.

When your guest becomes a member, we'll create a collection just for them. We'll provide brand-new bedding that belongs exclusively to your guest, along with a couple of toys chosen around what they enjoy. Families may also keep an approved supply of their favorite treats with us.

Before every stay, we'll prepare their Luxury Suite with their own bedding, toys and familiar comforts already in place and waiting for them. For most stays you'll simply bring their pre-portioned food and any medications they need.

For families who travel regularly, knowing their guest has a place to stay makes planning easier. Active Luxury Retreat members are guaranteed booking, with their personalized suite ready whenever they need to stay.
​
Your boarding rate is also locked in for as long as your membership remains active. Even if Southern Pet Lodge boarding rates increase in the future,your member rate stays the same.

Travel plans don't always fit neatly within our regular lobby hours. Luxury Retreat members have the added flexibility to schedule drop-off or pick-up outside of our designated lobby windows when needed.
​
Outside-hours arrivals and departures must be arranged with our team in advance so we can plan accordingly and continue providing uninterrupted care for our guests.Â

At the end of each day, you'll receive a photo update from your guest's day at the retreat- a little glimpse of what the've been up to and how they're enjoying their stay.

Each stay includes one complimentary Retreat Enhancement chosen with your guest in mind. Choose an Adventure Walk for the explorer, Personalized Enrichment for the guest who loves to sniff, search, and solve, or a Comfort & Cuddle Session for the one who prefers extra affection and quiet companionship.

Additional Retreat Enhancements may be added throughout their stay.

We love sending our member guests home feeling fresh, happy and a little spoiled. Stays of 7 days or longer include a complimentary Retreat refresh bath, so your guest can head home fresh and clean. This is a basic bath service and does not include haircuts, trimming, scissoring , or other professional grooming services. Full grooming services may be scheduled separatley through Posh Pet Spa.

Every time your guest heads home, they'll receive a complimentary sample from our Rooted to Thrive pet-wellness collection. As the collection grows, samples may include treats, toppers, and other pet-wellness products created through The Wellness Farm.
​
Luxury Retreat members will also receive 10% off eligible Rooted to Thrive products, making it easy to bring home more of the things their guest loves.

Grooming is not always needed with every stay, but when you'd like it, Luxury Retreat members are guaranteed access to Posh Pet Spa services during their guest's stay.
​
If grooming is added, we'll coordinate their spa day. Once your guest is groomed, bathed, and pampered, we'll contact you and arrange a pick-up time that works with your schedule - without being limited to Southern Pet Lodge's regular lobby hours.
​
Posh Pet Spa services are separate from the Luxury Retreat Membership, and grooming pricing and payment are handled directly through the spa.

The Wellness Farm is growing right alongside our Luxury Retreat, with memberships planned to launch in 2027. Farm membership will offer another way to become part of what we're creating - with access to seasonal farm experiences, wellness, and culinary offerings, member-first opportunities, and special benefits as our gardens gathering spaces and programs take root.

Luxury Retreat members who choose to add a Wellness Farm membership will receive an exclusive member discount on their Wellness Farm membership rate.
